What we do
Panel and service upgrades, electrical repairs and fault finding, whole-house rewiring, lighting and fixtures, EV chargers, and sub-panels out to garages, workshops and ADUs. Residential and light commercial, across Los Angeles County.
We also do the electrical side of driveway gate work: the power, the circuit, the controls and the fault finding. We are not a gate company and we do not install gates.
How we price work
Every price we write says what is in it and what is not. It names the part of the cost that is not ours to keep, which on a service upgrade is usually the utility’s side of the meter. It says what would change the number and by roughly how much.
If a photograph would be enough to give you a real range, we will ask for one when we get back to you and save you the visit. Where it is not, we say what we need to see.
The warranty
One-year warranty on our work
If something we installed or repaired fails within a year because of our work or a part we supplied, we come back and fix it at no charge.
